Hey Everybody,

I wanted to write this letter to y’all personally. Not some publicist, manager etc.. So, excuse the occasional error in spelling or punctuation.

Just thought I’d take a minute to catch y’all up on everything that’s going on in my camp. First off, If you haven’t heard, we have a new record deal with Lyric Street Records. This is our first major label deal. I’ve always went with smaller independent labels and avoided the bigger ones because I never could find one that “got it”. Most would come in and start telling me all of the things that I should change about myself or the music. These guys are the only ones that ever said “We get it. And we don’t want to change you”. I’m still 100% in control of all of my music. So, have no fear. You won’t see Kevin Fowler “selling out” or changing what I do. These guys are just simply going to help us spread this monster that y’all have created.

We have most of the new album recorded and my new single “Pound Sign” is already moving right up the charts. It’s one of those good ol’ tongue-in-cheek Fowler tunes. Please call your stations and request it. Don’t request it, demand it!

I want to do something to thank all of my fans. So, we’ve come up with a couple of things for all of those Fowler Fanatics out there. First off, we want to give each and every one of y’all a free song off of the upcoming album. This will give you a little taste of what’s to come. Secondly, in the liner notes of every record you’ll see the artist thanking their label, management, mom, dad, Uncle Bob ect… That’s really nice and all but let’s thank the people who really matter, the fans!! My band and I know that y’all are the only reason we aren’t flippin’ burgers somewhere. So, we want to put your name in the liner notes of our record.
